Provide printed proofs of your layouts. Include all linked graphics necessary for printing. Include all screen and printer fonts. Bleed - Please specify. Include crop marks. What program(s) version you used. Send us only the files we need to print. Clearly specify: size, quantity, substrate and any other special details; Include Pantone call outs. Do not embed your graphics. If you do, please send the original files. Let us know in advance when you are sending us a rush project. Provide a contact name and phone number. |

Include all fonts used in submitted artwork, checking nested artwork (i.e. Illustrator EPS logos) for embedded fonts. A common alternative is the process of "converting to paths" or outlining fonts, the negative aspect of outlining fonts is that changes cannot be made to outlined text after it is outlined. Vector art is the most versatile file format for large format printing, whether its screen or digital. Vector artwork can be edited more readily than bitmaps, colors can be changed and images are crisp when enlarged. |
